These straws are the simplest replacement for single-use plastic straws. These require no extra effort to clean and they have no smell or taste.
The wetland that is home to the Co Bang grass is also home to the Sarus Crane. The Sarus Crane, is a species designated as declining and vulnerable. By using the natural Co Bang as an income source farmers are able to keep the land from being developed into rice fields or other commerce which destroys the natural ecosystem here and further endangers these beautiful creatures.

Our green grass straws are hand picked by local people living in Long An province. These rural farmers rely on the Lepironia grass products they make as the main source of their income.
